9 мая студенты ЛиТЖТ-филиала РГУПС Михеев Михаил, Боева Виктория и Шамина Виктория приняли участие в Лиховском митинге, посвящённом 70-летию Великой Победы.

В Парке Победы под звуки оркестра они торжественно вынесли копию Знамени Победы к памятнику Родины Матери. Обращаясь к Ветеранам Великой Отечественной войны ребята с любовью и большим уважением прочитали для них стихи, поздравили с 70-летием Победы, почтили минутой молчания погибших в годы войны, возложили цветы у обелисков.

Давно миновали лишения и беды,
которые сеяла всюду война,
стоит обелиск в нашем парке Победы,
на нём мы героев прочтём имена…
Победа! Она к нам пришла в сорок пятом,
Как 70 лет уж стоит тишина,
Но память о павших по-прежнему свята,
