29.06.2017 «День молодёжного самоуправления»
29 июня 2017 года в Администрации города Каменск-Шахтинский прошёл день молодёжного самоуправления. На целый день руководство городом перешло в руки молодёжного Правительства. Занять кресла председателя городской Думы – главы города, главы Администрации города, его заместителей и начальников отделов администрации предстояло десяти самым активным студентам – победителям конкурса «День молодёжного самоуправления».
Среди молодёжных заместителей были и студенты Лиховского железнодорожного техникума:
— Чуев Алексей (группа Т-22) – дублёр начальника отдела по физической культуре, спорту, вопросам здравоохранения и молодёжной политике Администрации города Шкуратовой Елены Юрьевны с проектом «Активная молодёжь»;
— Николаев Даниил (группа А-21) – дублёр заместителя директора Центра занятости населения города Каменск-Шахтинский Горяйнова Андрея Павловича с проектом «Молодёжь выбирает профессию».
На открытии Дня молодёжного самоуправления присутствовали руководители Администрации города, СМИ и молодёжное Правительство г. Каменск-Шахтинского.
В этот день в Администрации города всё было необычно. В кабинетах руководства царила празднично-деловая атмосфера.
Каждый дублёр молодёжного Правительства представил свой проект, ответил на вопросы присутствующих.
Глава Администрации города Каюдин О.Э. и председатель городской Думы – глава города Черненко А.Н. пожелали молодёжным специалистам успехов в реализации своих планов, творческой энергии, оставаться такими же активными, коммуникабельными и интересными молодыми людьми.
После знакомства и «назначения на должности», в соответствие с предоставленными на конкурс заявками и проектами, молодёжным руководителям провели небольшую экскурсию по зданию Администрации, после чего они смогли принять участие в заседании городской Думы.
Формат Дня молодёжного самоуправления располагал к интересному диалогу. Молодёжные руководители и их кураторы прошли в рабочие кабинеты, где ребятам выпала счастливая возможность сесть за столы первых лиц города, почувствовать важность принимаемых решений и меру ответственности.
Что и говорить, молодёжным заместителям пришлось пережить волнующие моменты!
В течение Дня ребята познакомились с работой Администрации города, деятельностью специалистов и вместе со своими кураторами настоящими руководителями Администрации города — проводили текущую работу: совещания, планирование рабочего времени, отчеты — всё это на день стало не просто близким, а частью деловой игры, где всё было вполне серьёзным.
По итогам Дня молодёжного самоуправления в зале заседаний Администрации города состоялось совещание с участием дублёров и кураторов.
После обсуждения, самые интересные и жизнестойкие проекты взяты под контроль Главы Администрации, заместителям были даны рекомендации по оказанию помощи в реализации некоторых пунктов молодёжных проектов.
Всем молодёжным специалистам Глава Администрации города Каюдин О.Э. и председатель городской Думы – глава города Черненко А.Н. вручили сертификаты участника Дня молодёжного самоуправления.
