26 февраля студенты техникума приняли участие в городском фестивале патриотической песни «Гвоздики Отечества». Фестиваль стал традиционным для Каменска. Он был организован специалистами по молодежной политике Администрации города и проходил в ДК им. Маяковского.
На суд жюри были представлены вокальные номера по двум номинациям: сольное исполнение и вокальные дуэты и трио.
Всего в мероприятии приняли участие студенты таких учебных заведений города, как Каменский химико-механический техникум, Каменский педагогический колледж, Каменский медицинский колледж, Каменский техникум строительства и автосервиса и, конечно же, Лиховской техникум железнодорожного транспорта – филиал РГУПС.
Наш техникум представляли солисты, исполнив патриотические песни в разных музыкальных жанрах: Поляхова Евгения – группа Д-31 – с песней «Кукушка» Виктора Цоя, Витченко Дмитрий из группы Д-22 исполнил под гитару «Темную ночь», Филипенко Максим, группа Д-11, представил песню «На безымянной высоте» и Срибный Адриан из Т-22 с песней «Небо славян» К. Кинчева.
По результатам конкурса студенты Филипенко Максим и Срибный Адриан были награждены кубками и грамотами «За творческий потенциал».
